Make “the office server” something small businesses never have to worry about again.
Our story
AXSIS came from seeing the same pattern again and again: small businesses moved from an ageing server to Google Drive or OneDrive, but their CAD tools, accounts systems and staff still needed simple mapped drives and predictable folders. At the same time, most PCs were a mix of editions, missing updates and running weak or expired antivirus. AXSIS brings back the reliable shared drive and domain experience, while quietly keeping devices patched and protected in the background.

Frequently asked questions
Why not just use Google Drive or OneDrive?
Cloud-sync tools aren’t built for CAD files, accounting databases, or mapped-drive workflows, so they often create file conflicts and break sync. AXSIS gives you a mapped S:\ drive with a clean, consistent folder structure that works with CAD, PDFs, photos, and finance tools—without sync conflicts.
Do we need Windows Pro?
To join the domain and be centrally managed, PCs need Windows Pro, Pro for Workstations, Education or Student. Windows Home can still access the shared drive but can’t join the domain.
Do we need a VPN for remote access?
No. AXSIS uses Tailscale for secure connectivity, so remote staff see the same mapped drives wherever they are—without a clunky legacy VPN client.
Can you work with our current IT provider?
Yes. We manage the hosted VPS, shared drives and domain; they can continue supporting your devices and local network.
